“ForwardOffset”
Theforwardoffset(xaxis)isthedistancefromtheGPS
receivertotheGPSreferencepointofthevehicle.Take
themeasurementonthegroundbetweenthecenterof
theappropriateaxleandthebottomcenteroftheGPS
receiver.Ifthereceiveristothefrontofthecorrected
location,enterapositivevalue.Ifthereceiveristorearof
thecorrectedlocation,enteranegativevalue[usingthe
minus(-)symbol].
NOTE:Directionsarefromtheperspectiveoftheoperator
seatedintheoperator’sseat.
NOTE:Positionthevehicleonat,levelgroundtomea-
sureforwardoffset.

Pressthe“ForwardOffset”windowtoaccessthenumeric
keypad.
Usethekeypadtoenterthevalueinmeters(feet).Enter
anegativevalueusingtheminus(-)symbol.
Pressthe“Enter”buttononthekeypadtosavethevalue.
Pressthe“Close”buttontoexitthekeypadwithout
changingthevalue.

centeroftheGPSreceivertothecenterlineofthevehi-
