Introduction
Althoughdistributedlargelywithsoftwareforcombines,the“Printer”applicationisavailableforanyfarmingoperation
wherecapturingthecontentofthereportingwindowsonascreenisbenecialtoanoperator.Thesoftwareisprimarily
intendedtocapturethecontentof“T oolbox,”“Performance,”and“Diagnostics”screens.
Thecontentofthewindowsissenttoaconnectedprinter
ortoaleonthememorystick.Inbothcases,theto-
talscreenisnotprinted.Asimpletext-onlypageorle
recordsthetextcontentoftheprintablewindowsonthe
selectedscreen.
Theleoutputforthe“OperatorSetup”screenisshown
asanexample.Thescreenname(1)istherstitemon
thepage.Thewindowswithprintablecontentarethen
shown,separatedbydoublelinespaces.Ineachwin-
dowgroup,thewindownameistherstline(2),andthe
windowsettingorvalue(3)isthesecondline.Theap-
propriateunitofmeasurement,whereapplicable,isalso
shown.
Printing–whethertoapageorale–isperformedon
ascreenbyscreenbasis.Somescreensandwindows
cannotbeprinted.Messagesguidetheoperator:

Ifascreencontainsprintablecontent,aconrming
messagedisplays.

Ifascreencontainsnoprintablecontent,adifferentin-
formationalmessagedisplays.
