tionsignaltoreducetheconvergencetimeassociated
withthistechnology.Thesettinginthiswindowaffects
thesignalaccuracyrequiredforinitialconvergence:the
systemcontinuestoconvergetothefullsignalaccuracy
ofRTX™technology,butthesystembecomesavailable
foruseearlier.
ConvergedistanceisthedistancethatRangePoint™
RTX™usestoestablishthelocationofapointwhile
converging.Thesystemdefaultis0.102m(4.0in).
Increasingthedistanceallowsthesystemtobereadyfor
useearlier,butwithlessaccuracy.
Iftheplannedworkdoesnotrequirethehighestlevelof
accuracy,increasetheconvergedistancesothatthesys-
temwillbeavailableforuseearlier.Iftheplannedwork
doesrequiregreataccuracy,setthe“ConvergeDistance”
windowtothedefaultvalueof0.102m(4in).Inboth
cases,thesystemwillultimatelyconvergetothefullac-
curacyofRangePoint™RTX™technology.
