1.Parkthemachineonaatandlevelplace.Stopthe
engine,andremovethestarterkey.
2.Afterstoppingtheenginefor15minormore,openthe
enginehood.
Removethedipstick(1),andwipeoiloffthedipstick
withacleancloth.
Reinsertthedipstick(1)intotheguidetubeasfarasit
willgo,andthentakeitout.

3.Theengineoillevelisoptimalwhentheoillevelisbe-
tweenthemark(A)(minimum)andmark(B)(maxi-
mum).
4.Iftheoillevelisatorbelowthemark(A)(minimum)on
thedipstick(1),removethellplug(2)andpourinoil
untilthelevelreachesthemark(B)(maximum).
NOTE:makesurethattheoillevelisnotabovethe(B)
(maximum)onthedipstick(1).Doingsowillcausesuch
problemsaspoorfueleconomyandanabnormalrisein
coolanttemperature.
