6-MAINTENANCE
Adjustingthetension
1.Locatethecover(1)neartheidlerwheel.
2.Useasocketwrenchtoloosenthebolt(2).
NOTE:itisnotnecessarytoremovebolts(2)completely.
3.Rotateclockwisetheleft-handsideofthecover(1)in
ordertogetaccesstothegreasetting.
Toincreasethetension:
1.Cleanthegreasettingadapterandthegrease
tting.
2.Connectthegreasepump.Injectthegreaseto
obtaintherightamountoftracktension.
3.Removethegreasepumpandcleanthegrease
tting.
4.Rotatethecover(1)counterclockwiseandtighten
thebolts(2).
5.Repeatthesameoperationsfortheothertrack.
WARNING
Pressurizeduidcanpenetratetheskinand
causesevereinjuries.
Thegreaseinthecylinderisunderhighpres-
sure.Neverloosenthegreasettingadaptor
completelyinordertospeeduptheowof
grease.
Failuretocomplycouldresultindeathorseri-
ousinjury.

Toreducethetension:
1.Loosenthegreasettingadapteranddraingrease
fromthecylinder.
2.Whenthetracktensioniscorrect,tightenthe
greasettingadapter.
3.Cleanthegreasettingadapter,thenlowerthe
tracktotheground.
4.Rotatethecover(1)counterclockwiseandtighten
thebolts(2).
5.Repeatthesameoperationsfortheothertrack.
NOTICE:ifthegreasettingadapterisdamaged,grease
mayleakout.Checktheconditionofthegreasetting
adapterregularlyandreplaceitifnecessary.
