Fueltankllerpump
Ifthemachineisrefuelledoftenorregularlywithfuelfrom
cansorbarrels,thereisanincreasedriskofforeignmatter
andwatergettingintothefuelsystem.
Inthiscase:
•
alwaysrefuelthroughanemeshlter;
•
useonlyintakehoseswithanemeshlter;
•
drainoffwaterfromthefuelltermoreoftenthanspec-
iedinthemaintenanceschedule.
NOTICE:refuelonlywithdecantedfuel.Wesuggestto
refuelattheendofeachworkingday,condensationwill
sobeavoidedduringovernightdown-time.Donotletthe
tankrunoutoffuelbecauseaircouldpenetrateinsideof
thesupplycircuitandwouldrequiretheairbleeding.
Bymeansoftherefuelingsystem,fuelcanbepumped
fromalargesparecontainerintothemachinetank.
NOTICE:beforerefueling,thetankcapmustbeopened
toavoidoverpressureinthetankandrisksofdangerous
fuelleaks.
NOTICE:readandobserve:refuelingwiththerefueling
system,safetyinstructions.
Therefuelingsystemisinstalledontherearsideofthe
machine.
Therefuelingsystemconsistsof:
•
aplasticllinghose(1);
•
anelectricrefuelpump(2).

Refuelingtankoperation
1.Opentheenginehoodandthereardoor,thenremove
thefueltankcap.
2.Connectthellinghosetotheelectricrefuelpump(2)
bymeansthepipeunion(4).
3.Plungetheendofthellinghoseintothecontainer/
collectiontank.
4.Settheswitch(3)in“ON”positionandllthefueltank.
5.Whenthefueltankisfull,settheswitch(3)in“OFF”
position.
6.Removetheendofthellinghosefromthefuelcon-
tainer/collectiontankanddisconnectitfromthepipe
union(4)oftheelectricrefuelpump(2).Thoroughly
cleanllinghosefromanyfuelresidues,rollupagain
andputitbackintotherearsideofthemachine.
7.Reinstallthecaponthefueltank.
