NOTICE:donotremovethehydraulicoilsuctionlterfromthehydraulictankbeforethehydraulictankwasempty.
1.Releaseallthepressureinthehydraulictank.Referto
page6-12.
2.Cleanthetopofthehydraulicoiltank,andcleanthe
coverofthesuctionlter.
3.Removethebolts(1),thecover(2)andtheO-ring(3).
4.T akeoutthesuctionlter(4).
5.Cleansuctionlter(4)withgasolineorcleanoil.
6.Letthesuctionlterdrycompletely,andcheckfordam-
age.Ifanydamageisfoundonitssurface,replaceit
withanewcomponent.
7.ChecktheO-ring(3),andreplaceitifanywearordam-
ageisfound.
8.Installthecover(2)andlockwiththebolts(1).
Tightenthebolts(1)to54.2–81.3N·m(40–60lbft).
9.Checkthehydraulicuidlevel,andsupplyitifneces-
sary.
