Replacementofbelt
1.Loosentheadjustingbolt(1)andthemountingbolt(2).
2.Lightlytightentheadjustingbolt(1)untilitsseatingface
touches.
3.Removethebelt(4)fromthepulleystopullitoutfrom
theradiatorfan(5).
4.Insertthenewbeltfromtheradiatorfan(5)tomount
itbyaligningittogrooveofeachpulley.Rotatethe
alternator(3)toobtainthecorrectvalueoftension.
5.Tightentheadjustingbolt(1)andthemountingbolt(2).
6.Afteradjustment,runtheengineinidlingspeedfor
approximately5min,andthenstoptheengineto
re-checktensionofthebelt.
