ACT
Red
The input power to the PDC has gone below -38V
and not yet returned to at least -40V or higher.
ACT
Green
The input power to the PDC has not gone below -38V
or, if it did go below -38V, has returned to at
least -40V or higher.
Note: If the power is below -38V, the power supply to the TCC is
automatically shut down.
