ISSUE POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Excessive Pull to One Side
1. Black lower spreader belt
gap needs adjustment.
Adjust. Refer to the REPAIR chap-
ter, Spread Section section, Lower
Spreader Belt Gap Adjustment
procedure.

2. The lower spreader belt
speed may need to be
adjusted.
Adjust LOWSPRED setting. Refer to
the CHI PANEL OPERATION bulletin,
Adjustment section, Program Adjust

ments (CHI) procedure.

3. A defective solenoid, regu

lator, or cylinder is causing
the spreader clamps to
open at different speeds.
Test and replace the defective compo
