menu displays.
The numbers in the display correspond to
the control output LEDs that trigger with
each operation. Each of the following sec
-
tions has sample CHI Panel displays and
other information to use as a guide in run-
ning the test.
The control system automatically begins
to operate each of the components in-
volved in the test.
Look at the I/O modules to confirm the
correct LEDs light. If a component fails
to operate or an LED fails to trigger prop
-
erly, refer to the TROUBLESHOOTING
chapter for possible causes.
NOTE: The numbers appearing
in the messages correspond
to hardware output LED’s. Use
the schematic diagrams as
a reference.

End Testing
To leave test mode, follow these steps:
When finished running a test, press the
TEST button once to return to the SE
-
LECT TEST menu.
Press the TEST button again to leave test
mode.
Press the red STOP button to shut down
the unit.
Turn OFF the compressed air supply to
the machine.
Turn power OFF at the main disconnect
switch.
Remove the interlock switch jumper.
Close and secure the right endframe
door.

Never operate the unit unless
all safety covers are in place
and all safety equipment is
working correctly.
