8.5.2 Data Output Format for LCR (3302 only)
The LCR is divided into LCR pure value and BIAS SCAN depending on if th ere is BIAS
SCAN.
8.5.2.1 LCR Pure Value Output Format
Except the SWEEP BIAS DISP menu, all of the rest menus use this format for output. Each
data has 32 bytes and outputs in string output.
