Eliminates measurement errors due to parasitic stray impedances of the test fixture.
Zero short:
Eliminates measurement errors due to parasitic residual impedances of the test
fixture.
Load:
Improves the measurement accuracy by using a working standard (calibrated device)
as a reference.
