In the figure above, the headset icon next to “SPA 303” indicates that the headset
is being used.
In the figure above, the right arrow on the right of the screen indicates that a call is
on hold.
Using Keypad Shortcuts
When using the phone menus, you can use the keypad to enter the number shown
next to the menu or sub-menu item on the LCD screen. (Not applicable to the Cisco
SPA 301.)
