Servicing

Tu
rn the valve stem to the “Closed” position then tap on the end of the ball
valve with a wooden or soft plastic dowel (BV ASST) to remove it. Discard
the ball.

Pu
sh the valve stem down into the valve and remove it from the valve
body. Discard the valve stem.

pick, carefully remove the second valve seat taking care not to
scratch the internal surfaces of the val
ve. Disc
ard the valve seat.

Remo
ve and discard the O-r
ing from the end cap.
