System Account Access Information
• Admin, Read/Write, and Read Only Names and Passwords:
The factory defaults for these names/passwords are:
o Admin comtech/comtech
o Read/Write opcenter/1234
o Read Only monitor/1234
Note the following:
o These Name fields can be any alphanumeric combination with a maximum
length of 10 characters.
o These Password fields can be any alphanumeric combination with a maximum
length of 10 characters.
• SMTP Server: Specify the mail server IP address from where you want to send the
e-mail.
• SMTP Domain Name / Destination: The Administrator can assign the SMTP Domain
Name and Destination. This is required if the e-mail feature of the Support Page (Sect.
4.5.5.1.3) is to be used.
o For SMTP Domain Name, specify the domain of the e-mail server (usually
found to the right of the @ symbol in an e-mail address).
o For SMTP Domain Destination, specify the e-mail recipient name (usually
found to the left of the @ symbol in an e-mail address).
Once the desired configuration settings have been made in this section, the user should then click
[Change Access] to save these changes. If it is desired to revert back to the previously assigned
System Account Access Information, the user should instead click [Reset].
Webpage Timeout
Using the drop-down menu, select the desired time lapse before the LPOD Web Server Interface
pages time out – the user may choose either five minutes or eight hours. The default timeout setting is
five minutes. Click [Submit] when done.
NOTE: The ‘Status | Status’ page (Figure 4-12 in Sect. 4.5.5.4.3) will automatically refresh once
every ten seconds, and will reset the timeout counter.
To update the page appearance to the current operating configuration, click [Refresh].
