5 Disconnect the USB memory stick and copy the BIST log files to a PC.
File name example: bistlog_no_YYYY-MM-DD-xxxxxx
5.11 How to Report a Fault
In case it is not possible to troubleshoot and solve a specific problem, please
contact Consilium or one of Consilium's authorized service offices by following
this checklist:
•
Describe the fault symptom, be specific.
•
Describe how the fault situation can be generated.
•
Attach a system log file.

Save the System Log to a USB Memory Stick, page 30).

Attach a BIST log file.

Attach the configuration file.
