8 Synchronise the CS-modules
Use this menu to change the active configuration of the CS modules.
8.1.8 Firmware, Submenu 7
Use this menu to download firmware to modules, load or backup service pack, and
to start or stop an automatic update.
1. Download firmware to modules
CAUTION!
Make sure that only compatible hardware/firmware combinations are
used. Do not download firmware to loop units that have a HW version
that is incompatible with the SW version of the firmware.
2. Load service pack from USB memory
3. Backup service pack to USB memory
4. Start automatic update
5. Stop automatic update
8.1.9 System Log, Submenu 8
1 Save Syslog
Save a system log with service information to the USB memory stick. This system
log can then be sent to an authorised service office for technical assistance. (For
instructions refer to Save the System Log to a USB Memory Stick, page 30.)
2 Reset Service Intervals
If appropriate use this menu to reset service interval.
3 BIST log
Fetch and save a BIST log with information regarding the loop units connected to
the fire detection system. This log can be used to check status of the loop units.
(For instructions refer to Save the BIST Log to a USB Memory Stick, page 30.)
8.1.10 I/O Lists, submenu 9
I/O lists with sub-menus Input list and Output list. Use these menus for inspecting
or disable active inputs and outputs (if allowed in the FDS).
