5.1 OPERATOR POSITION
Figure 9 shows the operator’s positions during
the various work phases:
A Bead breaking
B Tyre demounting and mounting
C Inflation area.
In these conditions, the operator can carry out, monitor and check the outcome of all
tyre change operations and take action in the case of any unforeseen events.
NOTICE
RISK OF CRUSH INJURY. Column tilting must be performed from work position B
(fig.9), keeping the hands away from moving machine parts.

Ogni macchina è fornita di una targhetta Fig. 8 sulla quale sono riportati elementi di
identicazione della stessa ed alcuni dati tecnici.
In particolare oltre agli estremi del costruttore sono riportati:
Mod. - Modello della macchina;
V - Tensione di alimentazione in Volt;
A - Corrente assorbita in Ampere;
kW - Potenza assorbita in kW;
Hz - Frequenza in Hz;
Ph - Numero delle fasi;
bar - Pressione di esercizio in bar;
Serial No. - Numero di serie macchina;
ISO 9001 - Certicazione del Sistema
Qualità della società;
CE - marcatura CE.
5.1 POSIZIONE
DELL’OPERATORE
In g. 9 sono rappresentate le posizioni occupa-
te dall’operatore durante le varie fasi di lavoro:
A Stallonatura
B Smontaggio e montaggio
C Zona gonaggio.
In tal modo, l'operatore è in grado di eseguire, monitorare e vericare l'esito di cia-
scun cambio di pneumatico e intervenire in caso di eventi imprevisti.
ATTENZIONE
RISCHIO DI LESIONI DA SCHIACCIAMENTO. L’operazione di ribaltamento palo
deve essere eseguita dalla posizione di lavoro B (Fig. 9), tenendo le mani lontane
dalle parti in movimento della macchina.
