Terminator Switch
The last device on the SCSI chain requires a terminator. If the scanner
is the last device on the SCSI chain, the terminator switch, located on
the back panel of the scanner, should be switched ON, as shown in the
following diagram.
SCSI ID Selector
Each device on the SCSI chain is assigned a unique identification (ID)
number. The ID of each device is set by rotating the SCSI ID selector,
which is located on the back panel of the scanner, as shown in the
diagram above.
