Restore
ClickRestoreto restorethetouchscreenconfigurationsettings totheir defaultvalues.
After Restoreisselectedadialogboxis displayedaskingwhetherthedevicesettings shouldbe
restored.SelectYestorestorethesettings or Notocanceltherestore.
Update Firmware
ClickUpdateFirmwaretoupgradethetouch screenfirmwaremanuallywithadownloadedPUF
(packageupdatefile).TheFirmwareUpgradedialogboxopens.
Firmware Upgrade DialogBox
TouploadafirmwarePUFthroughthewebconfigurationinterface:
NOTE:Visitwww.crestron.com/firmwaretodownloadthelatestfirmwarePUF.
1. ClickBrowse,andthennavigatetothefirmwarePUFonthehostcomputer.
2. SelectthefirmwarePUF,andthenclickOpen.
3. ClickLoadtoloadthePUFtothetouchscreen.Theuploadprogress isshownin thedialog
box.
4. Oncethetouchscreenhas completedthefirmwareupgrade,clickOK.
ClickthexbuttontoclosetheFirmwareUpgradedialogboxatanytimeduringtheupgrade
process.Clickingthex buttonbeforethePUF is uploadedtothetouch screencancels theupgrade.
DownloadLogs
ClickDownloadLogstodownloadthetouchscreenmessagelogsfor diagnosticpurposes.The
messagefilesdownloadas acompressed.tgzfile.Oncethecompressedfileis downloaded,extract
themessagelogfiles toviewthem.
Manage Certificates
ClickManageCertificates tomanageanycertificates thatareinstalledonthetouch screen.For
