11.5.5 Labeling Position (POSITN) Adjustment
a. SelfSet
TM
will automatically calculate the correct label position and no adjustment is required. Only
slight adjustment is necessary to carry out for some special cases. Check and verify the label
position is within standard range before performing the labeling (Fig 11.5-5).

b. Correct labeling position is shown on the Fig. 2.
c. Labeling position (POSITN) is automatically calculated by SelfSet
TM
during the bottle is slowly
advancing on the conveyor when performing automatic adjustment (AUTO ADJ). It is not
recommended to do any adjustment except special reasons or the product sensor has been moved.
d. If the applied labels are too near to the left side as shown in Fig 1, then the labeling position
(POSITN) should be adjusted to the right.
e. If the applied labels are too near to the right side as shown in Fig 3, 4, then the labeling position
(POSITN) should be adjusted to the left.
f. To change the label position, first locate the POSITN display:
