Example usage:
To manually set system time and date settings:

config time_zone
Used to determine the time
zone used in order to adjust the system
clock.
Purpose
config time_
zone {operator [+ | -] | hour <gmt_hour 0-13> | min
<minute 0-59>}
Syntax
This
command is used to adjust system clock settings according to
the time zone. Time zone settings will adjust SNTP information
accordingly.
Description
oper
ator – Choose to add (+) or subtract (-) time to adjust for time
zone relative to GMT.
Parameters
hour – Select the number of hours different from GMT.
min – Select the number of minutes that need to be added or
subtracted to adjust the time zone.
Only Administrator-level users
can issue this command.
Restrictions
Example usage:
To configure time zone settings:
DES-3200-28:4#config time_zone operator + hour 2 min 30
Command: config time_zone operator + hour 2 min 30
Success.

Daylight Savings Time (DST).

Syntax
DST ca
n be enabled and configured using this command. When enabled
this will adjust the system clock to comply with any DST requirement. DST
adjustment effects system time for both manually configured time and time
set using SNTP service.
