Danfoss drives are already derated for operational temperature (55 °C (131 °F) T
AMB,MAX
and 50 °C (122 °F) T
AMB,AVG
).
Use the graphs in Table 9.4 to Table 9.5 to determine if the output current must be derated based on switching frequency
and ambient temperature. When referring to the graphs, I
out
indicates the percentage of rated output current, and fsw
indicates the switching frequency.
