protect the network. DEIF recommends only connecting the controllers to local networks.
The controller uses either IPv6 (Automatic) or IPv4 (Static) addressing for the communication.

By default, all controllers use IPv6 addressing and already have an IPv6 address allocated.
Viewing the controller IP addresses
View the controller IP addresses by using either PICUS or directly on the display unit.
• Using PICUS:
1. Launch PICUS from your computer.
2. Highlight the controller on the Connect page.
