• Using the display unit:
◦ For IPv6:
1. Select Info, from the Home menu.
2. Select About to view the about information for the controller.
◦ Controller IPv6:
◦ Shown under PCM IP.
◦ Display unit IPv6:
◦ Shown under DU IP.
◦ For IPv4:
1. Select Tools, from the Home menu.
2. Select Communication to view the communication settings for the controller.
◦ If the IP address mode is Static the IPv4 address is shown.
◦ If the IP address mode is Auto the IPv6 address is used by the controller.
Configure a static IPv4 address using the display unit
Use the display unit to configure the communication to use a static IPv4 address.

1. Log on to the display unit with the necessary permission to configure Communication settings.
2. Select Tools, from the Home menu.
3. Select Communication to view the communication settings for the controller.
4. Highlight IP address mode.
5. Press OK to toggle to Static mode.
6. Configure IPv4 address, Netmask, and Gateway as required.
CAUTION
Within the network, the IPv4 address must be unique.
