Configuring IPv6 RA Guard on an Interface
To configure the IPv6 Router Advertisement (RA) guard on an interface, perform the following steps:
1. Configure the terminal to enter the Interface mode.
CONFIGURATION mode
interface interface-type slot/port[/subport]
2. Apply the IPv6 RA guard to a specific interface.
INTERFACE mode
ipv6 nd ra-guard attach policy policy-name [vlan [vlan 1, vland 2, vlan
3.....]]
3. Display the configurations applied on all the RA guard policies or a specific RA guard policy.
EXEC Privilege mode
show ipv6 nd ra-guard policy policy-name
The policy name string can be up to 140 characters.

Monitoring IPv6 RA Guard
To debug IPv6 RA guard, use the following command.
EXEC Privilege mode
debug ipv6 nd ra-guard [interface slot/port[/subport] | count value]
The count range is from 1 to 65534. The default is infinity.
