Configure LACP mode.
LACP mode
[no] port-channel number mode [active | passive | off]
number: cannot statically contain any links.
The default is LACP active.
Configure port priority.
LACP mode
[no] lacp port-priority priority-value
The range is from 1 to 65535 (the higher the number, the lower the priority).
The default is 32768.

Creating a LAG
To create a dynamic port channel (LAG), use the following command. First you define the LAG and then
the LAG interfaces.
Create a dynamic port channel (LAG).
CONFIGURATION mode
interface port-channel
Create a dynamic port channel (LAG).

switchport
Example of Configuring a LAG Interface
Dell(conf)#interface port-channel 32
Dell(conf-if-po-32)#no shutdown
Dell(conf-if-po-32)#switchport
The LAG is in the default VLAN. To place the LAG into a non-default VLAN, use the tagged command on
the LAG.
Dell(conf)#interface vlan 10
Dell(conf-if-vl-10)#tagged port-channel 32
