Not OK evaluation:
The screwing level is evaluated as Not OK (faulty) if the torque is outside the
set limits or the screwing time has been exceeded.
On an active angle of rotation the screwing level is evaluated as Not OK, if the
angle of rotation is outside the indicated limits.
Parameter:
The following parameters are used in the screwing sample:
• Maximum time until the cut-out torque is reached (monitoring time)
• Cut-out torque, cut-out torque min/max
• Rotation speed 1
• Swelling torque for rotation speed 2
• Rotation speed 2
• Torque holding time
• Angle of rotation: yes / no if angle monitoring is switched on the following parameters
are added.

◦ Min/max angle
10.1.3 Screwing / loosen to angle
The screwing sample screwing application / loosen to angle of rotation is a tightening /
releasing process with deactivation to the angle of rotation.
