TEST WEIGHT SLOPE ADJUSTMENT
Test weight slope adjustment allows entering a slope correction factor for
differences between the GAC 2100 grain test weight slope and the official
test weight slope reference. A slope value should only be changed by an
authorized user.
IMPORTANT: A slope value should only be changed by authorized
personnel.
To Change the Test Weight Slope Adjustment:
1. Press the 4 key (Setup menu) from the Main Menu and then the Next
Page key to access PAGE 2 of the Setup menu.
2. Press the 3 key (Blue model) or press the 2 key (AGRI and Gray
models) to choose TEST WEIGHT SLOPE ADJUSTMENT.
3. Enter the Access code and press the Enter key.
4. At the Test Weight Adjustment screen, the selected grain and the slope
with the current bias value displays.
5. Use the Left/Right Arrow keys to select the grain type for correction.
The grain name and its number to the right change with each key
stroke. Advance until the correct grain displays. If the end of the list is
reached, the list will wrap around to the beginning and start again.
6. When the correct grain is found, press the Enter key. The Test Weight
Adjustment screen displays the selected grain values. The adjustment
consists of 4 numerical settings consisting of whole number, tens,
hundreds, and thousands values.
7. Press the Left/Right Arrow keys to select the desired digit to change.
8. Change the selected value with the Up/Down Arrow keys. The value
of the number changes on the TEST WEIGHT SLOPE line with each
button press.
9. When finished, press the Enter key to accept the final bias value.
– An asterisk appears next to the value to indicate the number is
recorded and a test weight slope bias is applied.
10. Press the Previous Page key to return to the Setup menu.
