[1] For increased safety, ight is restricted to a height of 98.4 ft (30 m) and a range of 164 ft (50 m)
when not connected or logged into the app during ight.
[2] For Palm Control and Mobile App Control, takeo is disabled when DJI Neo is not connected to the
app for longer than 90 days or the smartphone with the app has no access to the internet during
the period. To enable takeo, reconnect DJI Neo to the app when the smartphone is connected to
the internet.

• The operating temperature of this product is -10° to 40° C. It does not meet
the standard operating temperature for military-grade application (-55° to
125°C), which is required to endure greater environmental variability. Operate
the product appropriately and only for applications that meet the operating
temperature range requirements of that grade.
