(3) Replacement of the glass electrode chip
Replace the electrode chip if there any cracks or damages on the glass electrode or the performance
level is not restored after cleaning.
Protective cover
Glass electrode chip
Reference electrode
pH electrode (glass electrode
tip + reference electrode)
Replacing glass electrode chip
① Removing protective cover of glass electrode tip …… Turn the protective
cover of the glass electrode tip counterclockwise (looking from the bottom) to remove it.
② Removing glass electrode tip …… Hold the bottom of the glass electrode tip
counterclockwise (looking from the bottom) to remove it.
③ Replacing …… Screw in the new glass electrode tip clockwise (looking from the bottom)
all the way and reinstall the protective cover of the glass electrode tip.

IMPORTANT
】
•
Check any foreign objects such as dirt, sand or hair are not attached
to the O-ring or surfaces touching the O-ring. Foreign objects causes
water leak.
•
Use the enclosed silicon grease to the O-ring.
