10.1 Safety measures in error
Pull out the battery from the product when any abnormal operation is detected.
Also, if you are using the AC adapter (optional), pull it out from the power plug.
Fire/electric
shock

Remember to check that the power is off (OFF) before
attaching/detaching the plug, the AC adapter cover, or the I/O cover.
If water or chemicals enter the internal parts of the product, it ma

cause an electric shock or a fire.
Waterproofing

The waterproof structure (IP67) for the instrument unit functions onl
y
when the sensor module, the battery cover, the AC adapter cover,
and the I/O cover are correctly installed.

Do not touch the instrument unit with wet hands or clean it with wate
r
when the sensor module is removed, or when the battery cover, AC
adapter cover or input-output cover is open. Also, do not leave it in
places where there is a risk of ingress by chemicals or water.
