4. Select the Group name entry box and enter a name for the user group.
5. Select Save.

Select which functions and settings members of this user group will be allowed access to.
7. Select Save.

Delete User Group
To delete a user group:
1.
Log into the printer as an Administrator level user.
2.
Select Home > Setup > Security > Groups.
3. Select the user group to be deleted.
4.
Select Delete Group.

Change User Group Settings Access
Each user group can be customised, to allow or block members of the user group's access to
dierent controller settings.
To change the settings that members of a user group can access:
1. Log into the controller as an Administrator level user.
2. Select Home > Setup > Security > Groups.
3. Select a user group.
4. A list of controller settings and screens will now be displayed. Change the values the
settings on this screen, to customise which screens and settings members of the user
group are allowed access to.
5. Select Save.

AUDIT LOG
When the audit log is activated, a log file will be saved in the controller's internal memory. The
log file contains details about edited and loaded labels.
It is the responsibility of the administrator/user to backup these files to prevent loss of data.
Enable Audit Log
To enable the audit log:
1.
Select Home > Setup > Security.
2.
Tick the Enable audit log tick box.
