Select Home > Setup > Production line setup > Line movement.
4. Select a Print group tab, to choose which print group to setup.

Select the Encoder input setting and select External - 1 Photocell.

2 PHOTOCELL ENCODER SETUP

When the leading edge of a product passes the first photocell on the production line, the
photocell sends an input to the controller. A second input is sent to the controller when the
leading edge of the product passes the second photocell. The the distance between each
photocell is saved in the controller's settings. The controller uses the calculation below to
identify the production line speed:
