4. Machine Power-up
4) Turning On the Main NFB
After fully checking the main power connection and voltage, assemble the NFB terminal
block lid and turn the main NFB to “ON” after checking once again that the various
hydraulic hoses, wires and connectors are properly connected.
① After checking the motor rotation direction, press the “NC Power ON” Machine
Ready Switch in sequence.
② When the
hydraulic motor of the cooling unit begins to turn, check the whole machine
for any abnormality in the hydraulic hoses, etc. or any place where hydraulic or
pneumatic leakage occurs. Then conduct the necessary repairs.
③ When Machine Ready is done, the current machine status can be checked, and
check the alarms displayed according to the status to solve problems one by one.
