8. ATC Alignment and Finishing Operation
8.3 Assembling the Covers
the various covers disassembled for shipping and install them in the intended
ions.
1) Maintenance Cover Assembly
Assemble the maintenance cover (disassembled to perform various operations inside
the machine) in the intended position.
2) Air Service Unit Acrylic Cover Assembly
Assemble the Air Service Unit Acrylic Cover (disassembled to connect the factory air
supply to the machine) in the intended position.
3) Connection Unit Cover Assembly
Assemble the Connection Unit Cover (disassembled to connect the cables of the Chip
Conveyor, Coolant Pump Motor, Oil Cooling Unit, etc.) in the intended position.
