4.2 Disassembling the Shipping Fixtures
Disassemble and take out the shipping axis fixture assembled at the time of machine
shipping to prevent the table or column from slipping.
the X-axis(Column) fixture
① Disassemble and take out the Front Maintenance Cover on the side of the machine.
② Disassemble and take out the X-axis
(Column) shipping fixture secured to the column
and saddle.
the Y-axis(saddle) fixture
Disassemble and take out the Y-axis (saddle) shipping fixture secured to the saddle and
bed.
