4. Machine Power-up
4.3 Main Power and Pneumatic input
1) Main Power connection
Connect the power line and earth line from the factory switchboard to the terminal block
of the main NFB.
▪ Power capacity: 60KVA
▪ Wire sectional area: 220V : 35㎟, 360
∼440V : 25㎟

Pneumatic Connection
Connect the factory pneumatic source to the Air Service Unit on the piping frame behind
the machine.
▪
Connect the factory pneumatic source to the following two locations: Main Service Unit
(0.55MPa) and R/T Air Curtain (0.1MPa).
▪ The internal diameter of the air hose or tube to be used should be at least 9mm.
▪ Pressure of the pneumatic source: 0.55~0.76MPa
▪ The air must be clean with no moisture at all, and an air dryer must be installed if the
air contains moisture.
