※ Machine Leveling
Machine leveling operation, which directly affects the maintenance of machine precision,
should be performed carefully and, in principle, should be performed together with the
machine precision operation.
For the DVF5000,
which is designed with one Bed, machine absolute level operation shall
be performed on the basis of Table along with feed level operation based on the Spindle
Head, and both shall be satisfied.
▪ Preparation
Magnetic Square Level(150×150, 2 pieces), square ruler (square 320×320), Test
Indicator (0.002mm), Magnetic
–Stand, Test-Bar, other tools for leveling
operation(Spanner : 24mm, 36mm, 50mm, 60mm), Pipe(pipe with length of 1.5m to
which various spanners can be inserted for use), etc.
