<name> It means the name of the profile.
<ip> It means the IP address to dial to.
<usr> <pwd> It means the user and the password required for the L2TP
connection.
<nip> <nmask> It means the remote network IP and the mask.
e.g.,,
vpn setup 1 name1 l2tp_out 1.2.3.4 vigor 1234 192.168.1.0
255.255.255.0
For Dial-In

connection.
