CHAPTER 5 CLEANING THE UNIT

Loosen the drain bolt using the
screw wrench.
Loosen the bolt by turning it
counterclockwise until it is completely away
from the opening.
The glue will be discharged from the bottom
of the glue tank to the cardboard box you
placed in step 5.

Scrape the glue remaining on the
bottom of the tank toward the
opening of the drain bolt using a
spatula.

Tighten the drain bolt completely
after the glue has been discharged
from the tank.
Tighten the drain bolt when some level
of the glue is discharged. The glue in
the glue tank cannot be discharged
completely.

. Take out the glue discharged to the
cardboard box when it becomes
cool.

. Close the glue drain access and
fasten the fixing screw (1).

. Slide the small cover to the left to
close it.
● The small cover and glue tank are
very hot. Make sure that you wear
protection gloves.
● Make sure that you close the small
cover. Otherwise, it may damage the
machine.
