Replacing the coupling rods
The coupling rods have been set to the proper setting at the factory and
should not be adjusted.

To replace the coupling rods:
1. Remove the covers ( p. 257).
2. Loosen the spring clips on both sides of the coupling rod you wish
to replace.
3. Disassemble the old coupling rod.
4. Assemble the new coupling rod.
5. Set the correct dimensions.
