6.2.4 Disassembling the needle bar linkage
To remove the needle bar linkage:
1. Switch off the machine.
2. Disconnect the compressed air supply.
3. Swing the folding station out.
4. Remove head cover, arm cover and motor cover.
5. Remove the needles.

6. Disconnect the pneumatic hoses (4) from the housing of the split needle
bar (2).
7. Loosen screws (1) and (3) and remove the housing of the split needle
bar (2).
