Overview: Control units for DryExx
®
systems
5.5.1
DryExx
®
Small
The version DryExx
®
Small acts as a simple variant for smaller DryExx
®
plants with up to
6 lubricating circuits.
The control unit is based on a Unitronics JAZZ! and is contained in a plastic housing. A
record of hours run for all lubrication circuits is available. The enabling signals can be
actuated via potential-free contacts.
5.5.2
DryExx
®
Basic
The version DryExx
®
Basic is based on a Unitronics V
ision 130 in the stainless steel
housing and undertakes control tasks for DryExx
®
systems with up to 8 lubricating circuits
The record of hours run for each lubrication circuit can be called up via the operating
console. As an option, a hopper reservoir meter and a flow meter for recording usage can
be fitted and called up via the operating console. The enabling signals can be actuated via
potential-free contacts.
5.5.3
DryExx
®
Advanced
The version
DryExx
®
Advanced is based on a Siemens S7-300 control with a Touch
Panel TP 177B, integrated into a stainless steel housing. DryExx
®
systems of up to 16
lubrication circuits in max. 10 plants can be connected.
The lubrication circuits in the installations can be individually controlled. A record of hours
run is made for each lubrication circuit and can be called up via the TP. As an option one
hopper reservoir meter can be connected per installation. Alternatively, usage amounts
can be recorded by a flow meter and also called up via the TP.
The enabling signals can be actuated via potential-free contacts.
5.5.4
