12 Troubleshooting
CAUTION!
The remedying of defects in circuits that are live, or under pressure, should
only be carried out by specialist qualified personnel.
Fault description Cause Remedy
Dosing pump is not drawing in. See pump manual. See pump manual.
Reduced dosing output. Air control line is
providing too little
pressure.
Check filter pressure regulator
and 3/2 way solenoid valve.
Check compressed air circuits
No pressure build-up in the
product line.
Check circuit pipes. Eliminate leaks.
Increase operating air pressure.
Check pressure release
valve.
Clean or replace valve.
