10.4.1 „System settings“ [Password edit] (PIN code)
CAUTION!
To exclude the potential misuse of the control and/or accidental adjustment of
the system parameters, the software should be protected with the integrated
password protection (PIN code).
For this reason, we strongly recommend activating the PIN code during
the initial configuration of the control and to make this available only to
the authorised group of persons!
Based on the current password level, not all levels may be visible on the
display
.
If a PIN code prompt appears:
n Place the cursor in the field in question. A numerical keyboard appears that can be
used to enter the PIN.
The input must be confirmed using the ü button.

ou now return to the previous screen and must press the required button again.
n If an incorrect PIN code is entered, the following is shown on the display:
"Pin code incorrect".

A pop-up window appears for selecting the user priority („user level“).
2. Select user priority „user level“ .
Depending on the choice of „user level“ the corresponding Pin code can
be changed here.
3. Enter the PIN for the selected „user level“ .
The following message appears: "Enter PIN".
Then confirm the input by pressing the ü button.
Following a successful input, a prompt to enter the new PIN will be displayed.
The following message appears: "Enter new PIN".
Then confirm the input by pressing the ü button.
The "new PIN" must be entered again for security
.
The following message appears: "Repeat new PIN".

Pressing the ü button confirms the input.

The screen switches back to the setup screen.
