To be able to carry out the setup process for the technical control system, it is
essential to observe the instructions given in

Chapter 9 „DryExxEco
control

Advanced-ETH“ on page 49 . In particular, the information under
Ä
Chapter 9.3 „Initial Configuration“ on page 51 must be observed!
1. Determine the position.
2.
DryExxEco

Assemble the Advanced-ETH as described in
Ä
Chapter
6.3 „Assembly of the control unit (switch cabinet) DryExxEco
®
Advanced-
ETH“ on page 37 .
3. Install the power supply and lines for the enabling signals.
4.
Perform the wiring of the DryExxEco
®
Advanced-ETH to the DryExx®.
5. Carry out the cabling of the section valves.

Following commissioning of the DryExx®

Chapter 8.1 „Commissioning:
DryExx®“ on page 44 switch on the entire system.
7. Carry out the parameterisation in accordance with the section situation.
8. Enter the parameters for each section into the control.
9. Perform a system test with external enabling signal.
10. Perform a system test with internal enabling signal.

1. Set valve assignment according to the site conditions.
2. Enter the parameters for each selection valve.

Automatic mode
When the tasks under

completed, the control can be set to automatic mode.
If a production signal is generated by the system, the lubrication circuits are activated at
the set times and then shut down sequentially.
