The version DryExx
®
Advanced ETH is based on a Siemens S7-300 control with a T
ouch
Panel TP 177B, integrated into a stainless steel housing. DryExx
®
systems of up to 16
lubrication circuits in max. 10 plants can be connected.
The lubrication circuits in the installations can be individually controlled. A record of hours
run is made for each lubrication circuit and can be called up via the TP
. As an option one
container counter can be connected per installation. Alternatively, usage amounts can be
recorded by a flow meter and also called up via the TP. Enabling signals can be actuated
via Ethernet bus.

Universal
DryExx
®
Universal is a modular control for dry belt lubrication systems of type DryExx
®
in
the "Containers on stainless steel chains" application. The control system is based on a
Siemens PLC S7-300 with a TP177B panel in stainless steel housing, and controls all
times, cycles, procedures and messages required for the process in DryExx
®
systems
with up to 48 lubrication and cleaning circuits on 3 applicator stations with complete
fittings. The control DryExx
®
Universal only works in combination with our applicator
stations "Lubo-DryExx
®
".

Venture
The version DryExx
®
Venture is produced for specific projects and is for DryExx®
systems with special requirements such as other control types, multiple applicator stations
for larger plant complexes, etc. Customer and system requirements can be taken into
account in this process.

Advanced-ETH
The DryExxEco
®
Advanced-ETH is based on a Insevis PLC with panel control and an
integrated 7.1" Touch Display, integrated into a stainless steel housing. DryExx
®
systems
of up to 16 lubrication circuits in max. 10 plants can be connected.
The lubrication circuits in the installations can be individually controlled. A record of hours
run is made for each lubrication circuit and can be called up via the TP. As an option one
hopper reservoir meter can be connected per installation. Alternatively, usage amounts
can be recorded by a flow meter and also called up via the TP. Enabling signals can be
actuated via Ethernet bus.
