commissioning.
1. Determine the position.

Assemble the DryExx® as described in

3. Install the power supply and lines for the enabling signals.
4. Complete the wiring of the DryExx® with the control.
5. Set up the compressed air connection with the required air pressure 0.5 - 0.7 MPa
( 5 - 7 bar) and regulate the pressure regulator to the site conditions.
6. Provide the dosing medium.
7. Ventilate the dosing pump via the booster function on the control.
8. Check that the connections are leakproof.

Filling the pipe system
WARNING!
When carrying out refilling, commissioning and plant optimisation operations
ensure that no conveyor belt lubricant is allowed to drip onto the floor.
1. Adjust the compressed air filter regulator for the control air of the pump
to approx. 0.3 - 0.35 MPa (3 - 3.5 bar).
2. Open the vent valves in the tap line system.
3. Starting of the application by activation of the individual lubrication circuits via the
manual booster function of the control unit.

4. Restarting of the "booster phase" until the conveyor belt lubricant comes out of the
nozzles.
5. Repeat the process under step 3 "Booster phase", lubrication circuit for lubrication
circuit until the entire system is vented.
6. Optimising the setting of the working air pressure of the pump, so that the nozzles
produce the correct spray pattern.
